We hope you are happy with your items purchased at Glass Top Table Shop. In the event you receive items that got damaged during shipping, contact us immediately, we will issue a pick up for the damaged item and a replacement will be sent. If you notice that the shipping packaging is damaged DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE SEND IT BACK WITH THE DRIVER. To process the exchange or a return on damaged items you MUST keep the original box and all packaging. Glass Top Table Shop will assume the return shipping charges for defective products. As with all returns, please email us: glasstops@core.com or call us at 517-499-5611 or 517-787-3141 or fax 517-787-3141 to receive authorization, or simply refuse the shipment if the damage is evident at time of delivery.
Refund on returns. If you wish only a refund, There is a $25.00 restocking fee, and you pay for returned S&H for any reason other than damages. Unfortunately our merchant account bank not only charges a percentage on all sales but they also charge the same percentage on all refunds. In order to continue operating in business and provide you with products we must cover these costs. We wish this were not necessary but it is an unavoidable cost of doing business.
